Shipping & Delivery

Oversized Fragile Delivery (freight delivery) is required for products that are too large, heavy, or bulky for Standard (parcel) Shipping. Products that require Oversized Fragile Delivery are delivered curbside at the shipping address by scheduled appointment. The carrier will call the number on your order to schedule an estimated delivery appointment. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery.

 

You will be responsible for moving the product from the curb to your desired location. The delivery driver is not responsible for moving products away from the point of curbside delivery. Visible exterior damage should be noted on the delivery receipt. Please inspect your order to be sure all products are in good condition immediately upon delivery.

 

Shipment transit time is typically seven to ten business days. Express Shipping is not available for these products.

 

Note: Heavy items requiring Oversized Fragile Delivery are not eligible for shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Shipping Rates

In general, shipping methods, available delivery speeds, and shipping rates depend on the mix of products and quantities on your order and the shipping method and speed in which you need your order delivered. If your order is received before noon Central time, in-stock products usually ship within two business days.

 

The best way to determine available shipping methods and shipping cost for your order is to add the product(s) to your cart, transition into the checkout to enter your delivery address, and choose your shipping method (where applicable).

 

Holiday Order Processing & Shipping

Orders received during standard U.S. holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Holidays include, but are not limited to:

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day

Day After Thanksgiving

If Your Product Is Damaged In Transit

If you notice damage while the carrier is on site, DO NOT take possession of the damaged product(s). Instead, take a picture of the damage, gather copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. Next, contact the customer service team.

If you notice damage after delivery (concealed damage), take pictures of the damage, and contact our customer service team. Items shipped via ground shipping must be reported within 14 days. Freight carriers only allow two (2) business days after delivery to file a freight claim. 

We will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after the product has been installed or altered.

Expedited Shipping

Please be aware that all expedited shipment dates are counted in business days. Weekend dates are not counted. 

Average Delivery Times

Orders shipped to the West coast usually take 2-5 business days.  Orders shipped to the East coast usually take 5-8 business days. 

- We are sorry, but we do not offer COD shipping services - all orders must be paid for prior to shipment.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery (depending on your location) before contacting us regarding the status of your order. Due to our high volume of calls, order status inquiries should only be made by sending us an email.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as orders are shipped. 
- Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after order is shipped.
- Money order payments must clear prior to shipment.
- Weights stated on order summary pages are shipping weights only and do not reflect the actual weight of products.

 

Our goal is to maintain our normal shipping times throughout the year. Despite our best efforts, we occasionally experience unexpected shipping delays. In the event we have a delay, we will make every effort to return to normal shipping times as quickly as possible.
