Return Policy

Requirements for Return

Time since AKNIRL shipped date cannot exceed 60 days

Products must be in new and saleable condition

Products must be approved for return by AKNIRL prior to sending. Any items returned without authorization will be subject to disposal and are ineligible for credit.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Product must be shipped back to the offered AKNIRL warehouse. AKNIRL does not offer a physical drop-off option.

In the U.S., returns must be shipped via UPS or FedEx with insurance, AKNIRL is not liable for shipping damages. 

Return shipping address will be given when RMA number is issued.  DO NOT ship returns to our corporate mailing address.

Note: Due to high costs and the complexity of freight shipping, if a customer is unable to be reached for delivery or refuses delivery, return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to refunds. 

Requesting Return Authorization

Close-outs and Open Box

Products marked as "clearance" or "open box" are final sale and not eligible for return.  

Note: Returns to AKNIRL.com can only be for purchases made on AKNIRL.com. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the place of purchase for assistance with your return.
